Back in 2006, the inaugural Fishing For Kids Tournament (FFK)connected business and community leaders who were determined to make a meaningful impact through charitable giving. FFK is widely acknowledged as one of the premier fundraising events of any kind in British Columbia.
The West Coast Fishing Club is proud to host this annual event amid the breathtaking beauty of Haida Gwaii. And is even more proud to have contributed close to $10 million in tournament proceeds to help BC Children’s Charities. The generosity of the supporters, who return year after year and carry on the tradition of giving, symbolizes the true spirit of FFK.
In 2018, the 13th Annual Fishing For Kids Tournament raised over $1,000,000 to benefit Canucks Autism Network. Together with the sponsors, participants and volunteers, we again made a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families living with autism throughout British Columbia.
